Favor8Art is Jeanie Weems a native of Los Angeles, and architect of successful music publishing ventures and professional event management, A seasoned veteran of the music industry, and the principal of a boutique consultant firm, The Next Twenty, providing music administration service to independent music professionals and small music organizations. Additionally, I build one-of-a-kind music related events for boutique businesses and brands under my event management company, The Jeanie Weems Company, LLC. Formerly a Senior Vice-President with ASCAP, a performance rights organization, where I was tasked with building and managing the Society’s entry into the urban music market, the profitable Rhythm & Soul department., I like to build things: strategies, conversations, independence, knowledge, relationships, and integrity,.
